Country Bird Holdings Limited (CBH) is a holding company incorporating large integrated poultry and stock feed business operations in South Africa operating as Supreme and Nutri Feeds and poultry breeding operations in the Southern African region operating as Ross Africa. It operates in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. The Company operates in two segments: poultry and animal nutrition. CBH’s subsidiaries include Webram Thirty Two (Pty) Limited, Silver Blade Imports (Pty) Limited, Ross Breeders (Namibia) (Pty) Limited and Supreme Poultry (Namibia) (Pty) Limited, among others. On July 1, 2008, the Group acquired the remaining 50% interest of Nutri Feeds (Pty) Limited and Hollyberry Props 40 (Pty) Limited.
