The Company is also involved in construction and engineering works, as well as in import and export of light and heavy equipments and franchising commercial agencies. NAMAA’s subsidiary is OCL Logistic Services Company (88.75%). It owns stakes in Egypt Saudi Healthcare Company (22.624%) and in Egypt Emirates Commercial Centers Group (50%).
