Its subsidiaries include Excellerate Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Excellerate Property Holdings (Pty) Ltd., Zanmet Trading 7 (Pty) Ltd., and Homewares International Ltd. The Company acquired dry cleaning businesses of VIP, Procleen and BC on February 1, 2008. It also acquired the business of Omnipark effective March 1, 2008.
