Housing and Development Bank is an Egypt-based commercial and investment bank that principally operates in the housing and development sector. It is involved in the construction of housing projects that targets different income households. The Bank, through its housing and financial services segments, offers grants and long-term loans to companies, co-operative housing societies and individuals to build new housing units. Its personal banking services include current accounts and deposits, credit cards, foreign remittances, documentary credits (import and export), documentary collections, foreign trade finance, letters of guarantee, credit facilities, and medium- and long-term loans. Its corporate banking division provides investment trustee services, such as marketing and financing the purchase of lands and housing units in governorates and new cities, and collecting money on behalf of its clients. The Bank operates through a network of 43 branches and five collection offices.
