Italtile Limited is a South Africa-based company. The Company operates in four segments: retail, property, franchise and corporate services. The retail segment sells tiles, vitreous china sanitary ware and bathroom accessories to the public. Property segment purchases and rents out properties, from which retail operations and franchisees operate. Franchise segment deals in the income and costs incurred with relation to maintaining and use of the brand names in the Company. The Corporate services segment deals with the income and costs incurred in providing procurement, management and secretarial services. The Company’s subsidiaries include Italtile Franchising (Pty) Limited, Allmuss Properties (Pty) Limited, Cladding Finance (Pty) Limited and International Tap Distributors (Pty) Limited, among others.
