The Company’s subsidiaries include MCFI Ltd, Chemco Ltd, Bychemex Ltd, MCFI (Freeport) Ltd, Elcon Systentechnik Mauritius Ltd and Medigaz Ltd. MCFI-SFB Co. Ltd is a joint venture between the Company and the Shenzen Shenfubao Group, China.
