North Cairo Mills Company, a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Food Industries, is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture, processing, packaging, import, export and distribution of different types of grains, grain derivatives and substitutes. The Company has a wheat and white corn milling plant with a total milling capacity of 1.2 million tons annually, and a wheat storage facility with a capacity of 250,000 tons per cycle. Its product line consists of four divisions, namely wheat flour, which includes strong bakers’ flour, biscuit flour, cake flour and all purpose flour; pasta products, which offers such brands as Mina Cairo and Molino Pasta, Pronto and Regime; bakery products, including bread, candies, cookies, crackers, cakes and pies, and flour milling by-products, such as pure wheat germ and shorts and bran. North Cairo Mills Company exports its products to African and Arab countries.
