Semiramis Hotels Co. is an Egypt-based company engaged in the establishment, ownership and management of hotels and resorts. The Company owns the 28-floors Cairo Semiramis Hotel, which is a five-star hotel attached to a shopping center, and managed by Intercontinental Hotels Corporation. The Cairo Semiramis Hotel consists of 728 rooms, including 79 suites, 254 single-bedded rooms, 363 double-bedded rooms and 131 non-smoking rooms. It also had a range of international restaurants, health club, dinning hall and other facilities. Semiramis Hotels Co. also owns a casino managed and operated by Casino Austria of Egypt.
