Soma Bay Hotel Company is an Egypt-based company engaged in the hospitality and tourism business within Egypt. The Company owns the five star Sheraton Soma Bay Hotel located in Ras Abou Soma Peninsula on the Red Sea coast, which is managed by Sheraton Overseas Ltd. The hotel consist of 326 rooms and suites, a spa, swimming pool, water sports facilities and a golf course. In addition, the Company owns Robinson Club, La Residence des Cascades, Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay and The Breakers Diving and Surfing Lodge which opens during summer 2009. The main shareholders of the Company are Egyptian Finance Co. Group (35.54%) and Hana Investment Co. (21.50%).
