Trustco Group Holdings Limited is a Namibia-based company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in property rental, property development, aircraft charter services, management services, short- and long-term insurance business, consulting services, and educational and financial services. On November 1, 2007, the Company acquired DEX Group Financial Services (Pty) Ltd. (DEX). DEX initializes and sets up insurance businesses by devising insurance products for certain market segments and then contracting brokers and insurance companies as business partners into its business. Trustco Mobile was launched subsequent to the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008. The product affords life cover to Cell One airtime users. The Company’s subsidiaries include Trustco Finance and Education, Trustco Insurance, Trustco Life, Trustco Financial Services, Trustco Property, Development and Media.
