Its subsidiaries include Truworths Limited, a retailer in fashion apparel providing a local blend of clothing and other fashion products to women, men and children; Young Designers Emporium Limited (YDE), which retails, on an agency basis, the clothing and other related products of local and emerging South African designers, and Uzzi (Pty) Limited, which is a retailer in fashion apparel providing Italian-inspired formal and lifestyle clothing to South African men. On July 3, 2006, the Company acquired 51% of Uzzi (Pty) Limited.
