Union National Bank – Egypt (UNB-E), formerly known as Alexandria Commercial & Maritime Bank (ACMB), is an Egypt-based company engaged in providing banking services. The Bank operates through its head office in Giza, Egypt, and nine branches and a network of correspondents. Its services include demand deposits, time deposits, saving certificates, financing, issuance of bank drafts, retail services, credit cards, letters of guarantee, credit facilities and loans, in addition to documentary credits, buying and selling foreign currencies, financing the purchase of medical appliances and equipment, undertaking feasibility studies and investment consulting. UNB-E holds a 40% stake in Alexandria for Medical Services Company and a further 25% in Al-Fouadiya Construction Company.
